Obituary of Sarah Chludzinski
Sarah Chludzinski, 36, of Taylor, died Tuesday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital.
Born on August 18, 1988, in Old Forge, she was the daughter of Kurt and Tammy Monahan Chludzinski, Old Forge. Sarah was a graduate of Old Forge High School’s Class of 2006. She was formerly employed at the Waffle House in Scranton.
In addition to her parents, Sarah is also survived by her fiancé Scott Mickavicz, Taylor, two grandmothers, Ida Chludzinski and Cindy Marseco, a sister, Kayla Chludzinski and fiancé Vince Schiavo, two brothers, Keith Chludzinski, Zackary Chludzinski and fiancé Sara Adelman, all of Old Forge, and two nieces, Aria Chludzinski and Kinley O’Connell.
Sarah was preceded in death by her best friend, Kerie Mecca.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects to Sarah on Monday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge.
